Naa kumaarudaa, naa upadaeshamunu maruvakumu naa aajnyalanu hrudayapoorvakamugaa gaikonumu.

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

Avi deerghaayuvunu sukhajeevamutoa gadachu samva tsaramulanu shaamtini neeku kalugajaeyunu.

For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

Dayanu styamunu ennadunu ninnu vidichi poaniyya kumu vaatini kamthabhooshanamugaa dharimchukonumu. Nee hrudayamanu palakameeda vaatini vraasikonumu.

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

Appudu daevuni drushtiyamdunu maanavula drushti yamdunu neevu dayanomdi mamchivaadavani anipimchukomduvu.

So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Nee svabuddhini aadhaaramu chaesikonaka nee poornahrudayamutoa yehoavaayamdu nmmaka mumchumu

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Nee pravrtana amtatiyamdu aayana adhikaaramunaku oppukonumu appudu aayana nee troavalanu saraallamu chaeyunu.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Naenu jnyaanini gadaa ani neevanukonavddu yehoavaayamdu bhayabhktulugaligi chedutanamu vidichi pettumu

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Appudu nee daehamunaku aaroagyamunu nee yemukalaku sttuvayu kalugunu.

It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Nee raabadi amtatiloa prathamaphalamunu nee aastiloa bhaagamunu ichchi yehoavaanu ghana parachumu.

Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

Appudu nee kotlaloa dhaanyamu samruddhigaa numdunu nee gaanugulaloanumdi krotta draakshaarasamu paiki porali paarunu.

So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Naa kumaarudaa, yehoavaa shikshanu truneekarimpavddu aayana gddimpunaku visukavddu.

My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:

Tamdri tanaku ishtudaina kumaaruni gddimchu reetigaa yehoavaa taanu praemimchuvaarini gddimchunu.

For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Jnyaanamu sampaadimchinavaadu dhnyudu vivaechana kaligina narudu dhnyudu.

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Vemdi sampaadimchutakamte jnyaanamu sampaadimchuta maelu aparamji sampaadimchutakamte jnyaanalaabhamu nomduta maelu.

For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

Pagadamulakamte adi priyamainadi nee yishtavstuvulnniyu daanitoa samaanamulu kaavu.

She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.

Daani kudichaetiloa deerghaayuvunu daani yedamachaetiloa dhanaghanatalunu unnavi.

Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.

Daani maargamulu rmyamaargamulu daani troavalnniyu kshaemakaramulu.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.

Daani navalambimchuvaariki adi jeevavrukshamu daani pttukonuvaaramdaru dhnyulu.

She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

Jnyaanamuvalana yehoavaa bhoomini sthaapimchenu vivaechanavalana aayana aakaashavishaalamunu sthiraparachenu.

The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.

Aayana telivivalana agaadhajalamulu pravahimchu chunnavi maeghamulanumdi mamchubimduvulu kuriyuchunnavi.

By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

Naa kumaarudaa, lessayaina jnyaanamunu vivaechananu bhdramu chaesikonumu vaatini nee knnula edutanumdi tolagipoaniyyakumu

My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:

Avi neeku jeevamugaanu nee medaku alamkaaramugaanu umdunu

So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.

Appudu nee maargamuna neevu surkshitamugaa nadichedavu nee paadamu eppudunu totrilladu.

Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble.

Pamdukonunppudu neevu bhayapadavu neevu parumdi sukhamugaa nidrimchedavu.

When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

Aaksmikamugaa bhayamu kalugunppudu durmaargulaku naashanamu vchchunppudu neevu bhayapadavddu

Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.

Yehoavaa neeku aadhaaramagunu nee kaalu chikkubadakumduntlu aayana ninnu kaapaa dunu.

For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.

Maeluchaeyuta nee chaetanainppudu daani pomdadaginavaariki chaeyakumda venukatiyyakumu.

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

Drvyamu neeyodda numdagaa raepu ichchedanu poayi rmmani nee poruguvaanitoa anavddu.

Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.

Nee poruguvaadu neeyodda nirbhayamugaa nivasimchu napudu vaaniki apakaaramu klpimpavddu.

Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.

Neeku haani chaeyanivaanitoa nirnimittamugaa jagada maadavddu.

Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.

Balaatkaaramu chaeyuvaani choochi mtsarapadakumu vaadu chaeyu kriyalanu aemaatramunu chaeya goara vddu

Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.

Kutilavrtanudu yehoavaaku ashyudu yathaarthavamtulaku aayana toadugaa numdunu.

For the froward is abomination to the LORD: but his secret is with the righteous.

Bhktiheenula yimtimeediki yehoavaa shaapamu vchchunu neetimamtula nivaassthalamunu aayana aasheervadimchunu.

The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

Apahaasakulanu aayana apahasimchunu deenuniyedala aayana daya choopunu.

Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly.

Jnyaanulu ghanatanu svatamtrimchukomduru. Buddhiheenulu avamaanabharitulaguduru.

The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.
